Caitlyn Harman was born and raised in Garden City, Kansas. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Oklahoma in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Women & Gender Studies. She then went on to attend the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where she graduated in 2025. During her time in law school, Caitlyn was a member of the Dean’s Leadership Fellows and participated in the Wagner Moot Court Competition and Criminal Defense Legal Clinic program. Additionally, she served numerous years as President for the Public Interest Law Student Association and as Director for the Victim Advocacy Program, alongside other roles in various student organizations. 

Caitlyn has gained experience in a variety of practice areas, including criminal appellate, criminal defense, and employment law. She is passionate about advocacy skills through her engagements in law school as well as her prior volunteer work with the CARE Center, a child advocacy center in Oklahoma City.

Caitlyn resides in Norman, with her cat Lucy, and enjoys spending time with her family and friends
